Order Processing & Handling Time
We begin fulfilling your order as soon as it’s placed:
- Standard Processing Time: All in-stock cardamom products are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM GMT+1 are often shipped the same day.
- Order Confirmation: An email confirmation is sent immediately after checkout. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.
- Peak Season Notice: During major harvests or peak export periods, processing may take 1–2 additional days. We’ll notify you if delays occur.
We prioritize accuracy and speed, ensuring that every order—big or small—is handled with care.
Domestic Shipping (Within United States)
For all domestic deliveries:
- Delivery Window: 24–72 hours within United Kingdom/United States, depending on city or region.

- Same-Day Delivery: Available in-stock ,retail orders confirmed before 10 AM.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD): Available for select urban zones on smaller orders (subject to verification).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:
- All products are shipped with accurate commercial invoices and HS codes for seamless customs clearance.

- We mark all exports as “Natural Agricultural Products – Cardamom (non-GMO, non-hazardous)” for customs documentation.

- All packages include a trackable airway bill number.
- You will receive an email (and optionally SMS) with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Discreet & Secure Packaging
Your privacy and product safety are important to us.
- Discreet Exterior: Shipments arrive in unbranded, tamper-proof export bags or cartons.
- Vacuum-Sealed Inner Packaging: Ensures freshness and prevents moisture exposure.
- No Public Labeling: Outer boxes do not mention “cardamom” explicitly, unless required by customs.
- Bulk Orders: Are double-packed in moisture-resistant sacks or containers, labeled with batch and grade codes only.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds
For Retail Orders:
- Flat-rate shipping for international parcels is based on region and weight, calculated at checkout.
- Free Express Shipping on all orders above $500 USD to North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Domestic shipping within United States is free for all orders .
For Wholesale Orders:
- Shipping quotes will be calculated manually based on weight, destination, courier preference, and incoterms (EXW, FOB, DAP, CIF).
- We offer significant bulk freight discounts for buyers over 25kg and 100kg tiers.
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
- We do not ship to embargoed countries or locations under international sanctions.
- P.O. boxes are not accepted for international courier shipments (use a valid street address).
- Bulk buyers must provide valid import permits or food safety documents if required by their national authorities.
Delays, Damaged, or Lost Packages
We closely monitor every shipment but understand delays may occur:
- Delayed Delivery: Contact us if your package is late by more than 3 business days past the estimated window.
- Customs Delays: We will assist with any documents or declarations required by your local customs office.
- Lost in Transit: All orders are insured. If your parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will resend or refund your order.
- Damaged Deliveries: Please notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will replace or compensate per our refund policy.
Signature Requirement
- All international shipments and orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
- If you wish to waive this, please notify us in writing. ABIE Cardamom is not liable for packages marked delivered without signature waiver notice.
Bulk Orders & Freight Shipments
- We accommodate LCL and FCL shipping (air freight or sea freight) for buyers purchasing 100kg and above.
- Export documents such as COO (Certificate of Origin), phytosanitary certificate, and bill of lading are provided for qualified bulk buyers.
- Delivery timeframes for sea freight may range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on destination and port clearance.
